Biography
Dr. McCarter was born and raised in Cambridge, Maryland, a small town nestled on the Eastern Shore of the Chesapeake Bay. He enjoys listening to music, playing guitar, trying any and all new restaurants, and exercising. When not working, he can be found spending time with his Wife, son, and their dog at home.
