Took our son who is 13 to see Bill Heisel. Being a very active teen he started having some knee issues. With rest and some instruction from Bill, he has been educated on how to take care of his knee issues and hopefully when he is grown he will understand why letting his knees heal and rest now will benefit him in the future.
