OrthoCarolina's Foot & Ankle Fellowship offers specialized training in a wide range of areas including adult reconstruction, total ankle arthroplasty, and minimally invasive surgery, providing fellows with comprehensive expertise in treating complex foot and ankle conditions. With a focus on diverse case exposure, fellows receive mentorship from renowned surgeons, preparing them to deliver exceptional care and innovation in foot and ankle orthopedics.

Rotation Clinics
Each fellow will complete rotations with each attending physician. Fellows will provide independent care through the weekly Fellows’ clinic and work as attending physicians over the resident(s) on Foot & Ankle service in the Myers Park Orthopedic Clinic. These clinics are held weekly, and fellows rotate through on a monthly basis.
Conferences
Our Foot & Ankle fellows attend several weekly conferences within the Foot & Ankle Institute (FAI) as well as with the Atrium Health - Carolinas Medical Center Orthopedic Residency program. These include Atrium Health - Carolinas Medical Center weekly M&M and grand rounds, and FAI weekly didactic and indications conferences. Fellows also attend the AOFAS annual summer meeting.
Annual Stipend:
- Foot & Ankle: $75,000
