Directions
MOREHEAD MEDICAL PLAZA faces MOREHEAD ST., is most easily accessed from Morehead St., and is on the edge of the Carolinas Medical Center campus. Be careful not to confuse "Morehead Medical Plaza" with "Medical Center Plaza," which is another building on the campus.
From I-85, take I-77 South to the John Belk Freeway (I-277). take Exit 9B. Follow the "Trauma" signs to KENILWORTH AVENUE (follow detour signs during construction if necessary). Continue on Kenilworth Avenue. Turn LEFT on EAST MOREHEAD ST. Turn RIGHT on HARDING PLACE, and take an immediate RIGHT into the driveway/patient drop off for the MOREHEAD MEDICAL PLAZA building. Continue past the front door and straight through the stop sign (after stopping, of course) into the "Visitor Parking" Parking Deck. Park on the third floor of the deck, if possible. Walk across the bridge from the parking deck to the building. OrthoCarolina is on the THIRD FLOOR of Morehead Medical Plaza with a door right beside the elevators.
