OrthoCarolina provides exceptional care for problems of the knee -- from “weekend warrior” athletic injuries to pediatric conditions to full-scale arthritis.
Our capabilities include specific and focused physical therapy and rehabilitation, state-of-the-art arthroscopic techniques, and the most technically advanced knee replacement options. Although most knee problems can be treated without surgery, our skilled physicians are trained in the most up-to-date surgical techniques. OrthoCarolina not only utilizes these techniques but in many cases, our physicians have pioneered them. Our goal is to keep our patients up, out and active, with the shortest down time possible.
At OrthoCarolina, our physicians demonstrate their commitment to providing the highest level of patient care by serving as leaders in research and continuing education. We actively participate in the orthopedic education of residents, fellows and surgeons around the country.
Because of our specialized expertise, OrthoCarolina is the provider of choice for the region’s referring physicians, employers and athletic teams. We’re the official team physicians for the NFL’s Carolina Panthers, AAA Baseball’s Charlotte Knights, UNC Charlotte, Davidson College, many NASCAR teams, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, and a variety of other schools and organizations.
