WHAT:
OrthoCarolina will host an interactive sports medicine health forum and sports performance workshop on Saturday, Aug. 2. Gastonia-area athletes of all ages and experience levels will learn about athletic differences between males and females, how to recover from and prevent season-ending ACL injuries, and the benefits of sports medicine and speed and agility training.
All attendees will receive free tickets to the Schiele Museum’s “Swamp Things” exhibit and also to that evening’s Gastonia Grizzlies baseball game.
